If the Softphone does not register on your PC, Mac or mobile, follow the instructions below. You must test each of these actions for resolution.

Check that you have correctly inserted the password, the sip user and the sip server, without spaces before or after.

Check that your router or modem allows traffic on port 5060 or 7060.
Verify that your firewall does not block softphone traffic.
In the fields "sip Server / Domain / Host / Proxy sip" set correctly “sip.hivoox.com”.

Try replacing sip.hivoox.com with 87.238.224.117.

Restart your computer and the router.
