Special Conditions of Use

The user can use this Unlimited Argentina plan to call all landline numbers of Argentina. Calls to destinations not included in this Unlimited Argentina plan and calls to special numbers in Argentina will be billed per minute prepaid, according to our current rates. With this Unlimited Argentina plan, you can only call landline numbers of Argentina.

This Unlimited Argentina plan must be used exclusively to make commercial or private calls and in no case may it be used to make calls in call centers or for telephone prospecting campaigns.

With this Unlimited Argentina plan, it is prohibited:

Register the SIP account on multiple devices at the same time.
Make dozens of short calls in a row (calls less than 10, 20 seconds).
Use this Unlimited Argentina plan for telemarketing campaigns.
Use this Unlimited Argentina plan to carry out telephone prospecting campaigns.
Use this Unlimited Argentina plan in call centers.
Share this Unlimited Argentina plan with other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel without prior notice, any account that does not comply with these conditions. In the event of the cancellation or suspension of a user account for breach of the above-mentioned prohibitions, we will not accept any type of refund.

By subscribing to this Unlimited Argentina plan, the user irrevocably accepts these special conditions.

Validity and termination of the Unlimited Argentina plan

This Unlimited Argentina plan is valid for 30 days from the date of its activation and is automatically renewed every month. If the user subscribes it on the 1 of the months, their next invoice will be the 1 of the following months.

To unsubscribe from this Unlimited Argentina plan, the user must simply send us an email requesting the cancellation of the service. Please note that the request must be made prior to the invoice date and must not have unpaid invoices.

Refund

Since it is a virtual service and for obvious reasons, the amount paid for this Unlimited Argentina plan, cannot be refunded. Hivoox will not make exceptions to this rule.
