You will receive by email the subscribed phone number as well as a sip accounts in the format 8780xxxxxxx. Each sip account will represent an extension of your Virtual switchboard Tunisia, and configured in a sip terminal.

The customer subscribes to the Virtual switchboard Tunisia, to configure and use it according to his needs. Hivoox undertakes to help the customer in the configuration of his hosted Pbx Tunisia and provide him with tutorials and guides for the configuration of his hosted Pbx Tunisia.
To receive calls from an external network in the Virtual switchboard Tunisia, the customer must subscribe to the Tunisia DID number service on the Hivoox website. If the customer already has a Tunisia DID number with another service provider and wishes to associate his number with the Virtual switchboard Tunisia, he can forward his calls to the switchboard number or contact Hivoox to check the portability of his number to Hivoox. If the customer has a Tunisia mobile number or a conventional fixed line in Tunisia, and he does not wish or cannot make the portability to Hivoox, he must choose the corresponding option during the subscription.
The fax reception function depends on the Tunisia DID number. The customer must check, in the list of fax numbers, whether the chosen number supports the fax function. In the case of an external number, Hivoox cannot guarantee the functionality of fax reception.
Duration, unsubscription and refund
The service lasts 30 days and automatically renews each month. If you subscribe on 01, your next bill would be on 01 of the following months. To unsubscribe, simply email us and request cancellation of the service. Note that your request must be made before the invoice date, and you must not have unpaid invoices.
Since these are virtual services and for obvious reasons, no refund is possible. Under no circumstances will the money you paid for this service be refunded. Hivoox will not make any exceptions to this rule.
