The Australia Mobile number service allows you to rent a mobile number from Australia to receive calls or SMS as if you were physically in Australia. Residents in Australia, who call or send you SMS on the Australia Mobile number, will pay the cost of a local call, while you only pay for your subscription to the service regardless of the number of calls or SMS you receive.
How it works?
After having subscribed to the Australia Mobile number, you will receive an activation email that contains your phone number, web interface access and the details of your SIP account (SIP user, password and SIP server) to set your SIP terminal (IP Phone, Smartphone, Tablet, computer, IP PBX). You can also forward incoming calls to your landline or mobile number without internet. Note that call forwarding has an additional cost.
Receiving calls of Australia Mobile number
1- Receive calls on your mobile phone by installing an application such as zoiper or media5fone.
2- Receiving calls on your computer by installing a softphone such as zoiper or xlite.
3- Forward calls to your current phone number (see the cost here.)
4- Receiving calls on your ip phone, sip adapter or pabx ip.
5- Receive SMS on your email address.

Special conditions for Australia Mobile number
The following documents are required:
1 - Copy of an ID or passport.
The document must be valid and it can be from any country
2 - Your residence address + proof of this address.
Sending the requested documents is mandatory for the activation of the Australia Mobile number. If you do not send the documents, the number will not be activated and the amount paid will not be refunded.
The customer subscribes the Australia Mobile number to receive calls by Internet without cost. To receive calls, the customer must have a sip device (PC, Smartphone, tablet, IP Phone, IP PBX etc.) connected to ADSL, WiFi, 3G, 4G etc. To receive the SMS, the customer must have an email address and select the SMS option during the subscription.
The customer can also receive calls from Australia Mobile number on his landline or mobile phone with the forwarding function. In this case, each forwarded call will be charged at the rates in effect at Hivoox. The customer can also purchase voip minutes that will allow call forwarding to fixed or mobile.
Unsubscribe and refund
The Australia Mobile number is valid for 30 days and automatically renews each month on the same date. If you see high on 05, your next billing would be 05 the following month. To unsubscribe, simply send us an email and request to cancel the service. Note that you have to request the closure of your account, prior to the billing date and have no outstanding bill.
