2. How Earnings Are Calculated
Seller earnings are calculated using a simple formula:
Order Value − Marketplace Commission = Seller Earnings
Examples:
- A $100 sale with a 10% commission generates $90 in seller earnings.
- A $500 sale with a 5% commission generates $475 in seller earnings.
- A $1,000 sale with a 15% commission generates $850 in seller earnings.
Your earnings become visible in your Seller Dashboard once the order has been confirmed and accepted by the marketplace.
3. Available Withdrawal Methods
Hivoox currently supports the following withdrawal methods:
- Bank Transfer – International transfers through IBAN, SWIFT, or local banking networks.
- PayPal – Withdraw earnings directly to your verified PayPal account.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their payment details remain accurate and up to date.
4. Withdrawal Schedule
To protect buyers, reduce fraud risks, and manage disputes efficiently, all seller earnings are subject to a security holding period.
Security Holding Period:
All payments received from customers are subject to a standard 15-day holding period before becoming eligible for withdrawal. However, certain verified businesses, enterprise sellers, strategic partners, and highly trusted sellers may qualify for reduced holding periods or immediate withdrawals based on individual agreements and approval by Hivoox. Eligibility is determined according to factors such as verification status, transaction history, business profile, seller performance, compliance requirements, and risk assessment.
This policy applies to all seller plans and all payment methods.
Manual Withdrawals
Eligible sellers may request a withdrawal once their available balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold.
Automatic Withdrawals
Where available under the seller plan, withdrawals may be processed automatically according to the marketplace payout schedule.
5. Withdrawal Processing Times
- PayPal: Usually instant to 24 hours.
- Bank Transfer: Typically 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination country and banking network.
Additional delays may occur due to banking compliance checks, payment provider reviews, or public holidays.
6. Minimum Withdrawal Amounts
To reduce administrative and transaction costs, minimum withdrawal thresholds apply.
- PayPal: $10 minimum withdrawal amount.
- Bank Transfer: $50 minimum withdrawal amount.
Balances below the applicable threshold remain in the seller account until the minimum amount is reached.
7. Supported Currencies
The primary marketplace currency is USD (United States Dollar).
Depending on the selected payout method, sellers may receive payments in currencies supported by PayPal or international banking networks.
Currency conversion fees charged by banks or payment providers remain the responsibility of the seller.
8. Mandatory Seller Verification (KYC)
To comply with international regulations, anti-money laundering requirements, and telecom compliance obligations, seller verification may be required at any time.
Requested documents may include:
- Government-issued identification
- Proof of address
- Company registration certificate
- Business license
- VAT registration number
- Telecommunications licenses where applicable
- Additional compliance documentation
Failure to provide requested documents may result in payout delays, account restrictions, or temporary suspension.

Sellers offering recurring or subscription-based services must clearly disclose:
- Billing frequency
- Contract duration
- Renewal conditions
- Cancellation procedures
- Upgrade and downgrade policies
- Refund eligibility
The service must remain fully operational throughout the entire paid subscription period.
Failure to provide the subscribed service may lead to refunds, penalties, account restrictions, or removal from the marketplace.
10. Rules for Telecom and VoIP Services
Additional compliance requirements apply to sellers offering telecom-related products and services, including virtual numbers, toll-free numbers, SIP trunks, hosted PBX solutions, SMS services, VoIP services, and telecom equipment.
Telecom sellers must:
- Accurately describe service capabilities
