1. Purpose of Unlimited Plans on the Marketplace

Unlimited Plans listed by sellers are intended for regular business communication, such as:

Daily calls with clients and partners,
Administrative and commercial communication,
Light customer support,
Internal business use.

Unlimited Plans are not designed for high-volume calling environments or automated communication systems.

2. Accepted Use

Customers may use Unlimited Plans for:

Standard business calling activity,
One concurrent call per plan (unless otherwise specified by the seller),
Communication performed by a single legitimate user,
Lawful business purposes consistent with normal professional behavior.

Each seller may implement internal traffic monitoring to ensure fair and legitimate use.

3. Prohibited Use

Unlimited Plans offered on the Hivoox marketplace must not be used for:

Call centers, contact centers, or high-volume outbound operations,
Telemarketing, mass cold-calling, or lead generation campaigns,
Automated dialing, predictive dialers, robocalls, or broadcasting systems,
Repeated short-duration calls (less than 1 second) or artificial traffic generation,
Reselling minutes or redistributing the plan without the seller’s authorization,
Using multiple users, numbers, or devices on a single plan unless permitted,
Any activity that may overload networks or cause financial risk for the seller.

Sellers may take appropriate action if prohibited activity is detected.

4. Unusual or Excessive Usage

Although described as “unlimited,” these plans are designed for normal business consumption.
Usage may be considered excessive or abnormal if it:

Significantly exceeds typical business call patterns,
Resembles automated or mass-calling behavior,
Involves continuous calling activity for long periods without interruption,
Contains a high proportion of unanswered or extremely short calls,
Reflects usage profiles associated with call centers or marketing operations.

If excessive use is detected, the seller may:

Restrict outgoing or incoming calls,
Request clarification from the customer,
Apply additional charges,
Suspend or terminate the service in accordance with their Terms of Service.

Hivoox does not provide or operate the telecom services directly and is not liable for decisions made by sellers regarding Fair Use enforcement.

7. Modifications to the Policy

Hivoox may update this general Fair Use Policy at any time to ensure marketplace security, prevent abuse, and maintain service quality.
Sellers may also apply their own Fair Use rules as long as they comply with this framework.

8. Acceptance of the Policy

By purchasing any Unlimited Plan on the Hivoox marketplace, the customer acknowledges that:
