Our platform allows you to create and configure your own services, operate in multiple currencies and languages, and tailor your offers to the specific needs of your target markets.

We offer a complete and flexible operator-grade solution to help you launch or expand your VoIP business. Tutorials and dedicated support are provided to guide you through setup, and if needed, our team can fully handle the initial configuration on your behalf.

How It Works

Once your platform is activated, you can immediately begin to:

Create VoIP service offers
Set pricing and billing rules
Manage clients and generate invoices
Configure features such as call recording, hosted PBX, auto-attendants, DIDs, channel limits, and service status (active, suspended, blocked)

The system is web-based and provides four levels of access: operator, reseller, agent, and end-customer.

Service Providers

You are free to connect one or more external providers for voice termination and DID number. All other features and services are included by default in the platform. We will charge you $0.003 per minute.

The Admin Interface

The admin portal allows you to:

Create and manage VoIP services and packages
Manage client accounts and phone lines
Assign numbers and configure service profiles
Set up virtual receptionists and IVRs
Automate billing and create invoice templates
Add payment methods, termination and DID providers
Generate invoices (manual or automatic)
Configure currencies, rates per minute, and service plans

Reseller Interface

Allow your resellers to:

Your customers will have access to a full-featured web interface to manage their own services, including:

Top-up credit (manual or automatic)
Download and pay invoices
View subscriptions and expiration dates
Configure PBX, call forwarding, business hours
Create IVR menus and voicemail
Add or change greetings and queue music
Create sub-accounts with access control

Special Terms of Service

Hivoox will provide services according to the terms listed on each product page.
The Reseller may add, modify, or cancel services during the agreement by notifying Hivoox before renewal. Fees may apply.
The Reseller must provide all required data and cooperation to enable service setup.
Delays due to missing information are the Reseller’s responsibility.
The Reseller confirms they are not acting as an intermediary to resell the service under another identity.

Non-payment may result in service suspension.
The Reseller is responsible for the use of all assigned phone numbers and traffic on their platform, including misuse or abuse.
The Reseller agrees not to use the service for fraud, unsolicited marketing, or illegal activities and to verify legal use in the target country.
In case of misuse or abuse, Hivoox reserves the right to suspend the service without prior notice, although notice may be provided when possible.
