Accuracy of Information: users must ensure that all information posted or shared on the platform is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. False or exaggerated statements and any attempt to manipulate other members are strictly forbidden.

No Unsolicited Advertising: users must not distribute promotional messages, advertisements, or offers without prior authorization from Hivoox. Spamming, repeated solicitations, or any unapproved commercial content disrupt the user experience and are not tolerated.

Privacy: users must respect the privacy of other members.
Unauthorized disclosure of personal or professional data, such as addresses, phone numbers, or sensitive information, is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility Criteria: Only users who have completed a transaction through the platform are allowed to leave a review. Experiences that cannot be verified or occur outside Hivoox will not be considered.

Preventing Review Manipulation:
Publishing fake reviews, whether to promote a seller or harm a competitor, is strictly prohibited.
Users suspected of intentional or repeated manipulation of the review system may face sanctions, including account suspension or termination.

2.3 Responding to Reviews

Sellers’ Right to Respond: Sellers have a dedicated space to reply to comments left by buyers, allowing them to clarify misunderstandings, explain situations, or offer solutions to reported issues.

Tone and Professionalism: Seller responses must be written in a professional and respectful manner, even when addressing criticism or disagreement. Personal attacks or inappropriate tones are not allowed.

Proactive Conflict Resolution: Hivoox encourages sellers to use review responses as an opportunity to enhance their reputation and provide swift, effective solutions to any problems raised.

2.4 Review Moderation

Hivoox enforces strict measures to ensure the relevance and authenticity of reviews submitted on the platform.

Removal of Inappropriate Reviews
The platform reserves the right to delete any review that:

Is irrelevant or does not reflect a real experience.
Contains offensive language, defamatory remarks, or personal information.
Violates community guidelines or applicable laws.

Dispute Intervention:

In cases of disputes regarding a review, Hivoox may request additional evidence to verify the content’s accuracy.

3.2 Management of Inappropriate Content

Removal of Reviews or Comments:

Content deemed inappropriate, defamatory, fraudulent, or in violation of Hivoox policies will be promptly removed from the platform. Affected users will be informed of the reasons for removal, along with guidance on how to avoid recurrence.

Content Reporting:

Community members are encouraged to report any inappropriate content.
Each report will be carefully reviewed, and necessary actions will be taken swiftly.

Severe or Illegal Violations:

Claims for Damages:
