How order processing works on Hivoox

All orders placed on Hivoox follow a clear and structured process:

Orders are submitted through the Hivoox marketplace
Each request is reviewed and processed manually by a professional seller
Some services may require document verification before activation
Order statuses are updated as the service progresses
Payments are handled according to strict authorization and capture rules
This process protects both buyers and sellers and guarantees service quality.

Order status and payment clarification (Card & PayPal payments)

When an order is marked as In progress, this means that the order has been successfully placed and is currently being processed.

For credit card and PayPal payments, the following applies:

In progress: a payment authorization has been performed.
The amount is reserved, but the customer is not charged at this stage.
Completed: the payment is captured and charged after service delivery.
Cancelled: the payment is not captured and the authorization is automatically released.
No amount is debited from the customer.

This payment mechanism applies only to credit card and PayPal payments and ensures that customers are charged only after the service has been delivered.

When to contact support or the seller
