Becoming a seller on Hivoox allows you to offer your services, digital solutions, telecom products, consulting activities, and business tools to companies across the world.
This guide walks you through every step-from registration to full configuration-so you can start selling quickly and professionally.
1. Visit the “Become a Seller” Page
To begin, visit the Become a Seller page on our website.
There, you can:

Discover the advantages of joining our marketplace
Compare the available seller plans
Review included features and pricing
Choose the plan that fits your business.
2. Choose Your Seller Plan and Complete the Registration Form
Once you select your plan:
Click Subscribe or Get Started
Fill out the form with your company or professional information, including:
Business name
legal representative
contact email
phone number
country
business ID / VAT number (if applicable)
Review the details and proceed to payment
Pay using any of the secure payment methods available
Your seller plan is activated automatically once payment is confirmed.
3. Receive Your Seller Account Emails
After subscribing, you will receive two emails:
✔ Subscription Confirmation
This confirms your seller plan and payment.
✔ Account Login Details
Sent shortly after, this email includes:

4. Log In and Complete Your Initial Store Setup

5. Set Up Your Store Policies
Before publishing any services or products, you must define your policies, including:
Delivery Policy
How and when services or products are delivered.
Refund Policy
Conditions for refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Rules applicable to cancellations (especially for subscription or telecom services).
Service Terms
Additional rules specific to your business activity.
These policies are shown to buyers on your store page.
6. Configure Your Withdrawal Methods
To receive your earnings, configure your payout method in the Payment Settings section.
Available payout methods include:
Bank Transfer (IBAN/SWIFT, account holder name, bank name, country)
PayPal (PayPal account email)
Hivoox sends payouts according to the platform’s payment schedule once commissions and fees are applied.
7. Add Your First Service or Product
After completing your store information, you can add your listings.

Sellers must NOT upload their own images for services.

For Physical Products (hardware, IP phones, equipment)
Sellers may upload their own product images, following these rules:
Format: JPG only
Size: 600 × 600 px
No text, no watermarks
Clear, professional image
Then complete all required fields:
Title
Technical description
Pricing
Delivery time
Features
Categories and tags
Publish your listing when ready.
8. Access Your Hivoox Seller Dashboard
Once setup is complete, you gain access to the full seller dashboard where you can manage:

Your dashboard is your main control center for all operations.
9. Mandatory Account Verification (KYC)
To protect the marketplace and comply with international business and telecom regulations:
