Shipping Policy
Allo Coach does not ship physical goods. All services are digital, one-on-one spiritual coaching sessions delivered via direct WhatsApp calls.
Service Delivery Process:
During checkout, the client selects the desired date and time for the session.
Once the booking is confirmed and payment is completed, a confirmation email or WhatsApp message is sent with all the necessary details.
The session takes place at the scheduled time, using the phone number provided during purchase.
Please ensure your contact number and time zone are accurate to avoid scheduling issues. There are no shipping fees or wait times, as sessions are delivered digitally and in real time.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of scheduled, personalized spiritual services, refunds are limited and subject to time-based cancellation rules.
You may request a refund if:
You cancel the session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and prefer not to reschedule.
Technical issues on our side (coach unavailability, system error) prevent the session from occurring and no reschedule can be offered.
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
You miss the scheduled session (no-show) or cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
You change your mind after booking and payment, unless you cancel within the allowed timeframe.
The session was completed, and you are unsatisfied for personal or subjective reasons.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the originally scheduled session.
We aim to respond within 7 business days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Because your coach reserves dedicated time for your session, any last-minute change affects scheduling and availability.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and the time will be considered used.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be accepted only once, depending on the coach’s availability.
No Return / Exchange:
Minutes or hours purchased are non-returnable once the session has taken place.
Unused sessions must be booked within the validity period defined in your package.
We understand life happens-if there’s an emergency or unforeseen situation, we will always do our best to accommodate respectfully and fairly.
