Shipping Policy
At Resaresto, our services are primarily digital or location-based (coworking spaces, business center access, and conference room bookings). Therefore, no physical products are shipped.
Once a booking or service package is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your reservation, access credentials (if applicable), and all necessary information. This confirmation serves as your proof of service delivery.

Refund Policy
At Resaresto, client satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes plans change. For this reason, we offer a partial refund policy under the following conditions:
For hourly or daily bookings: cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
For monthly coworking subscriptions or service packages: refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the start date, provided the service has not been used.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Please note that non-attendance or last-minute cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations:
Clients can cancel reservations by contacting us via email or through their client dashboard.
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance for bookings (conference rooms, coworking access, etc.) will not incur penalties and may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for any refund.
Returns / Exchanges:
As we do not sell physical goods, traditional returns or exchanges do not apply. However, clients may:
Reschedule a booking once (subject to availability) if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Transfer their booking or access rights to another individual or team upon written request and approval by our support team.
