Shipping Policy
At Misivozip, our products are digital and delivered electronically. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive your DID number details, VoIP credentials, or service activation information via email within a few minutes to 24 hours, depending on the verification process.
There are no physical shipments associated with our services. Please ensure that your email address and account information are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our products and instant service activation, refunds are generally not available once a number or VoIP service has been issued.
Refunds may only be approved in exceptional cases, such as:
Duplicate payments
Service activation failure on our end
Technical issues preventing access to the purchased service
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed by our billing department. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Since our services are digital and activated upon order confirmation, returns and exchanges are not applicable.
You may, however, request cancellation of a DID number or service before activation. Once a service is active, cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
