At the time of subscription, the customer defines the total number of fixed-line minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are pooled and shared between authorized users across the organization.
Minute consumption is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or setup fees.

Shipping Policy
At Voip Fix Now, we provide all our services digitally, with no physical shipping involved. Upon confirmation of your payment and completion of account verification (if required), service activation typically occurs within 24 to 72 business hours depending on the complexity of the request (e.g., PBX setup, number porting).
You will receive your credentials, configuration details, and usage instructions by email or through our secure client portal. For custom installations or PBX integrations, our support team will schedule remote onboarding with your IT contact.
If any delay occurs or if you do not receive access within the estimated time, please contact our support team immediately.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds after service activation, especially once numbers have been provisioned or PBX systems have been configured.
However, exceptions may apply under the following conditions:
The service has not yet been activated, and the refund is requested within 48 hours of purchase.
An error has occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect number delivered, failure to activate service).
There is a technical incompatibility that cannot be resolved by our team.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our billing department within 7 days of purchase. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your VoIP subscription or PBX plan at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused credits.
For monthly subscriptions, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
For annual subscriptions, early termination may lead to a prorated adjustment or penalty based on contract terms.
Return
Our products are intangible and customized telecommunications services. As such, they cannot be returned once delivered or activated.
Exchange
If you require changes (e.g., switching to another number range, adjusting your PBX configuration, or upgrading your plan), our support team can assist you. In most cases, exchanges or upgrades are possible without service interruption, and any pricing adjustments will be applied to your next billing cycle.
