If the recipient refuses delivery or is unreachable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 7 business days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Because our services involve custom printing and immediate processing, we have a strict policy regarding cancellations and returns.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation, provided printing has not started.
Once the document is in production or out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns:
Printed documents cannot be returned due to their customized nature.
Exchanges / Reprints:
If there is a printing error caused by our team, we will reprint and resend the document at no additional cost.
If the issue is client-related (e.g., wrong file sent), a new order must be placed.
