These minutes are consolidated into a shared pool accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Minute consumption is calculated in real time based on the effective duration of calls to the included fixed and mobile destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or setup fees.

Shipping Policy

All services are delivered instantly or within a few hours, depending on system verification requirements.
If you do not receive your activation email within 24 hours, please contact our support team for immediate assistance.
We do not ship any physical products - all deliveries are electronic and accessible from your Clyvozip account.
Refund Policy
Clyvozip aims for full customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital telecommunication services, refunds are only available under specific conditions, such as:
Service activation failure not caused by the customer.
Technical issues on our platform preventing service usage.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after verification, typically within 5–10 business days.
Please note: once services are successfully activated or used, they become non-refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Because Clyvozip provides digital telecommunication services, there are no physical returns or exchanges.
Cancellation before activation: You may cancel your order before the service is activated and receive a full refund.
After activation: Once a DID number or call plan is active, cancellation or exchange is not possible.
