Required Documents (Mandatory):

The following documents are required to activate the service:
Company registration certificate or articles of incorporation.
Recent proof of address (dated within the last 3 months) in your or your business name.
Two government-issued photo IDs (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
Signed power of attorney (we provide the template).

These documents are mandatory. Service cannot begin without them.

NB: This service is only available to businesses legally registered in Armenia.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation Time: 1 to 5 business days for the basic virtual office service.
Optional services (phone number, utility bill): 5 to 10 business days.
Minimum contract: 12 months with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation: Email us 30 days before the next billing cycle. Your account must be fully paid.

After cancellation:

Stored documents will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Phone numbers will be disconnected.
Mail will be returned to sender with “Unknown recipient”.
Phone calls will be greeted with a “number not in service” message.

Prohibited Use

This service must not be used for any unlawful or unethical activity, including:
Fraudulent business practices
Fake or shell company operations
Unregulated financial services
Drug-related activity
Violations of local or international laws

Any breach will lead to immediate service termination without refund and may result in notification to the authorities.
