Mobile Top-Ups and Roaming Activations are processed electronically. You will receive confirmation and instructions via email or through your account, typically within 1 hour of purchase during business hours.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products and services offered by Schip Maroc, refunds are subject to specific conditions:
Digital products (top-ups, recharge codes, roaming activations) are non-refundable once delivered or activated, in accordance with consumer protection laws and digital goods regulations.
Physical SIM cards may be eligible for a refund only if unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original packaging, and not yet activated.
Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted only for non-activated SIM cards in their original, sealed condition. Once a SIM card is opened, activated, or damaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
