All outbound calls are carried over SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.
How the minutes pack works:
Upon subscription, the customer selects the total number of mobile minutes included in the pack.
The minutes are pooled and made available to authorized users within the company.
Usage is deducted automatically based on the effective duration of calls to the included destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
The pack supports up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service disruption or technical constraints.

Refund Policy
