All outbound calls are routed through SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.
How the minutes pack works:
At the time of subscription, the customer selects the total number of mobile minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are organized into a shared pool accessible by authorized users.
Call usage is deducted automatically based on the actual duration of calls made to the included destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or configuration changes.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
