Shipping Policy
VoiceEdge provides digital VoIP services and does not ship physical products as part of its standard offerings. All services, including account setup, phone number provisioning, and software access, are delivered electronically.
If you purchase hardware such as IP phones or adapters through VoiceEdge, these items will be shipped separately with tracking details provided. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
Digital services are activated within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation, and customers receive all necessary credentials and configuration guides via email.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of subscription-based VoIP services, refunds are generally not available once the service has been activated and access credentials have been provided.
If you encounter technical issues or service interruptions within the first 3 days of activation, please contact our support team promptly. We will work to resolve the issue or consider a partial refund based on the circumstances.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and client satisfaction.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Clients can cancel their VoIP service subscription before activation for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase. After activation, cancellations will prevent future billing but do not include refunds for already billed periods.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Physical hardware purchased through VoiceEdge may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.
Digital VoIP services cannot be returned or exchanged but can be upgraded or modified according to client needs. Our support team is available to assist with plan changes or feature adjustments.
