Shipping Policy
Jamildid provides digital telephony services and does not involve physical shipping. All account details, configuration guides, and service documentation are delivered electronically via email or through our secure online portal immediately upon subscription or purchase.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of telephony services, Jamildid offers refunds only in cases of verified service outages or technical issues beyond the customer’s control. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the issue occurrence. Service credits may be applied in lieu of direct refunds, based on investigation results.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customers may cancel their Jamildid telephony services at any time with prior notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon cancellation, access to services will cease at the end of the billing period. Since services are digital and subscription-based, returns or exchanges are not applicable. Early termination fees may apply depending on the contract terms.
