The service is intended for organizations seeking a clear and reliable approach to outbound fixed-line communications while maintaining full visibility on usage and predictable cost control.
All outbound calls are routed through SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.

How the fixed minutes pack works:

When subscribing, the customer selects the total number of fixed-line minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are pooled into a shared balance accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Minute consumption is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included destinations.

Call capacity & scalability:

Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or additional setup fees.
