All outbound traffic is handled through SIP services provided on the Hivoox platform.
How the minutes pack works:
At subscription, the customer chooses the total number of mobile minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are centralized into a shared balance accessible to authorized users.
Each outbound call deducts minutes automatically based on actual call duration to the included destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are included by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or additional setup.

Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection of the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product is defective or incorrect, MYGAEDCI will cover the return shipping costs.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Returns: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, headsets and certain accessories cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
