At VeoxVoips, all our services are digital and delivered electronically. Once your payment is confirmed, your purchased items, such as DID numbers, VoIP credits, or call packages, will be activated and delivered to your registered account or email address within minutes.
In rare cases, activation may take up to 24 hours depending on verification or regional telecom requirements. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
Please ensure that your account details and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.
Refund Policy
Since our services are digital and activated instantly, refunds are generally not possible once a DID number or call package has been assigned or used.
However, VeoxVoips may consider refunds under specific conditions, such as:
Technical issues preventing service activation
Duplicate payments
Billing errors on our part
All refund requests must be submitted via our support channel within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before activation. Once your DID number or service is activated, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns: As all products are digital, no physical returns are accepted.
Exchanges: DID numbers or call packages cannot be exchanged once delivered or activated.
