All outbound calls are delivered through SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.

How the fixed minutes pack works:

At the time of subscription, the customer selects the total number of fixed-line minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are pooled and made available to authorized users within the company.
Minute consumption is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included destinations.

Call capacity & scalability:

Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or additional setup fees.
