Termination

To unsubscribe from this India call center plan, simply send us an email and request the termination of the service. Please note that your request must be made prior to the invoice date and must not have unpaid invoices.

Refund.

Since it is a virtual service and for obvious reasons, the amount paid for the services cannot be refunded. Hivoox will not make exceptions to this rule.
