Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, the following documents are strictly required:
– Copy of your company’s trade registry or equivalent incorporation document.
– Recent proof of address (less than 3 months old) in your name or your company’s name.
– Copy of two photo IDs (e.g., national ID, passport, driver’s license).
– Signed power of attorney (provided by us).

Without these documents, the service cannot be activated. No exceptions will be made.

NB: This service is exclusively available to companies that are legally registered in Cameroon.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

– Activation Time: 1 – 5 business days for the virtual office.
– For optional services (phone number, utility bill), please allow 5 to 10 business days.
– Duration: 12 months minimum, with automatic monthly renewal.
– Cancellation: Simply notify us via email 30 days before your next billing date. Your account must be in good standing (no unpaid invoices).

After cancellation:

– All stored documents will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
– Phone numbers will be deactivated.
– Future mail will be returned to the sender marked as “Unknown recipient”.
– Calls to your number will hear a “number no longer in service” message.

Prohibited Use

We strictly prohibit any illegal activity, including but not limited to:
– Scams or fraudulent schemes
– Financial or commercial fraud
– Unlicensed banking or financial services
– Drug trafficking or sales
– Any activity violating local or international laws

Violations will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and may be reported to the authorities.
