Shipping Policy
Since EdgeVoice offers digital VoIP services, no physical shipping is involved. Upon successful subscription or purchase, access to services such as call packages, virtual PBX systems, and DID numbers is provided electronically.
Activation details and configuration information are typically delivered by email within 24 to 48 hours after the confirmation of payment.
If you do not receive your service credentials within this period, please contact our customer support team promptly for assistance.
Refund Policy
At EdgeVoice, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, given the nature of digital and telecommunication services, all sales are considered final once services are activated and delivered.
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
Technical issues originating from EdgeVoice's systems that cannot be resolved within 10 business days.
Erroneous charges, proven and confirmed by our billing department.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days from the activation date. Each case will be evaluated individually, and approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can cancel a service before activation at no cost. Once the service (such as a DID number or call plan) has been activated, cancellation is not possible for the current billing period.
Clients can request to terminate recurring services with a minimum 30-day notice prior to the renewal date.
As our products are digital and tailored, returns and exchanges are not applicable.
If you experience technical difficulties, we encourage you to contact our technical support team, who will work with you to resolve any issues.
