This pack enables organizations to define a specific volume of mobile minutes and allocate them across users, departments, or teams, providing a shared and controlled calling balance at company level.

Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Italy, Norway, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Slovakia
The service is suitable for businesses seeking a reliable and transparent approach to outbound mobile communications, with clear visibility on usage and predictable cost management.
All outbound traffic is routed via SIP services accessible on the Hivoox platform.
How the minutes pack works:
At the time of subscription, the customer selects the total number of mobile minutes included in the pack.
The minutes are grouped into a shared pool available to authorized users within the organization.
Minute consumption is calculated automatically based on the effective duration of each call to the included destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
The pack supports up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls by default.
Additional outbound channels can be activated free of charge upon request submitted to the seller, without operational disruption or additional configuration.
