Chile unlimited plan

The Chile unlimited plan is an IP telephony service, which allows companies, freelancers, or individuals, who have an active French telephone number with Hivoox, to make unlimited telephone calls to landlines and mobile numbers in Chile. This Chile unlimited plan, associated with our virtual number service in Chile, will allow the user to have a French telephone line to make and receive calls as if they were physically in Chile.

With this Chile unlimited plan, you can make private or commercial calls to all landlines and mobile numbers in Chile, from Chile or abroad. Whether the user resides in Chile, he can use this Chile unlimited plan for his calls. To do this, he must have access to ADSL, 4G, fiber optics or another internet, and configure the service in a sip terminal (mobile phone, computer, voip phone, IP PABX or other).

Special terms of use

The user can use this Chile unlimited plan to call all landlines and mobiles in Chile. Calls to destinations not included in this Chile unlimited plan and calls to special numbers in Chile will be billed by the minute prepaid, according to our current rates. With this Chile unlimited plan, you can only call ordinary landlines and mobile numbers in Chile.

This Chile unlimited plan must be used exclusively to make commercial or private calls and in no case may it be used to make calls from call centers or for telephone prospecting campaigns.

With this Chile unlimited plan, it is strictly prohibited:

Register the SIP account on multiple devices simultaneously.
Make dozens of short calls in a row (calls less than 10, 20 seconds).
Use this Chile unlimited plan for telemarketing campaigns.
Use this Chile unlimited plan to carry out telephone prospecting campaigns.
Use this Chile unlimited plan in call centers.
Share this Chile unlimited plan with other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel without prior notice, any account that does not comply with these conditions. If the cancellation or suspension of a user account for breach of the above-mentioned prohibitions, we will not accept any type of refund.

By contracting this Chile unlimited plan, the user irrevocably accepts this special terms of use.

Outbound caller identification functionality (CLI, the user’s phone number displayed on the called phone) is guaranteed with this Chile unlimited plan.

Validity and cancellation of the Chile unlimited plan

This Chile unlimited plan is valid for 30 days from the date of its activation and is automatically renewed every month. If the user hires it on the 1st, their next invoice will be the 1st of the following month.

To cancel the subscription, the user must simply send us an email requesting the cancellation of the service. Please note that the request must be made before the invoice date and must not have unpaid invoices.

Refund

Since it is a virtual service and for obvious reasons, the amount paid for this Chile unlimited plan cannot be refunded. We will not make exceptions to this rule.
