The service is intended for organizations looking for a unified minutes-based approach to outbound communications, combining fixed and mobile calling while ensuring clear visibility on usage and budget control.
All outbound calls are delivered through SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.

How the mixed minutes pack works:

At subscription, the customer selects the total number of mixed minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are grouped into a shared pool accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Minute consumption is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included fixed and mobile destinations.

Call capacity & scalability:

Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or setup fees.

Cancellation & expiration:

The service may be cancelled upon request submitted to the seller.
Unused minutes are subject to the seller’s applicable commercial policy.
All outstanding invoices must be settled prior to cancellation.
