Required Documents (Mandatory):
To activate the service, we require the following documents:
Copy of your company’s trade registry or equivalent incorporation certificate.
Recent proof of address (issued within the last 3 months) in your name or your company’s name.
Copy of two photo IDs (e.g., passport, national ID, driver’s license).
Signed power of attorney (template provided by us).
Activation cannot proceed without these documents. No exceptions will be made.
Note: This service is only available to companies legally registered in China or in the process of registration.
Activation & Cancellation Policy:
Activation Time: 1 – 5 business days for Virtual Office setup.
Optional services (telephone number, utility bill) may take 5 to 10 business days.
Minimum Duration: 12 months with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation Policy: Notify us at least 30 days before your next billing date. Your account must be in good standing (no overdue payments).
After cancellation:
All stored documents will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Phone numbers will be deactivated.
Future mail will be returned to the sender as “Unknown recipient”.
Calls to your number will hear a “number no longer in service” message.
Prohibited Use
We strictly prohibit any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Fraudulent schemes, scams, or deceptive practices.
Financial fraud or unlicensed financial services.
Illegal banking or money laundering activities.
The sale or trafficking of prohibited items.
Any activities that violate local or international laws.
Violations will lead to immediate termination of the service without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
