Duration: 12 months minimum, with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation: Simply notify us via email 30 days before your next billing date. Your account must be in good standing (no unpaid invoices).

After cancellation:

All original documents will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Phone numbers will be deactivated.
Future mail will be returned to the sender marked as “Unknown recipient”.
Calls to your number will hear a “number no longer in service” message.

Prohibited Use

We strictly prohibit any illegal activity, including but not limited to:

Unlicensed banking or financial services
Drug trafficking or sales
Any activity violating local or international laws

Violations will result in immediate termination of the Comoros Virtual Office service without refund and may be reported to the authorities.
