How the minutes pack works:
Upon subscription, the customer selects the total number of mobile minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are consolidated into a shared pool accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Minutes are deducted automatically based on the effective duration of each outbound call to the included destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or configuration changes.
