At FixedCall, we do not ship physical goods. All of our services—including virtual phone numbers, VoIP subscriptions, and cloud PBX solutions—are delivered digitally.
After successful payment:
Activation of virtual numbers or call plans is initiated within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the country and operator regulations.
Configuration details and credentials are sent via email or made available in your customer dashboard.
For services that require identity verification (KYC), delivery begins after required documents are validated.
We aim to provide fast, secure and compliant delivery for all digital telecommunication services.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of telecom and digital services, refunds are limited and granted only under specific conditions:

The service could not be delivered due to technical error on our part.
The virtual number was unavailable or activation failed after payment.
You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).
Non-Refundable Cases:
Services already activated or provisioned.
Misuse or misconfiguration caused by the user.
