All outbound calls are delivered through SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.

How the fixed minutes pack works:

At subscription, the customer selects the total number of fixed-line minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are consolidated into a shared pool accessible to authorized users.
Minute consumption is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included destinations.

Call capacity & scalability:

Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or additional setup fees.
