Shipping Policy
Since VoiP Didline provides digital telecommunications services such as VoIP call packages, virtual PBX, and DID numbers, there is no physical shipping involved. All services are delivered electronically via secure platforms or email. Account access, number provisioning, and configuration details are typically made available within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Customers are notified by email once their service is active. Should any delay occur due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform clients promptly with updated timelines.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate allocation of telecommunications resources, all sales are considered final once service activation is completed. Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances, such as technical failures solely attributable to VoiP Didline that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period. In such cases, a refund may be granted on a pro-rata basis. Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of service activation. All refund claims are subject to internal review and must comply with our terms of service.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customers may cancel a subscription at any time through their user dashboard or by submitting a written request. However, due to the nature of our prepaid digital services, cancellation will not entitle the customer to a refund for the remaining period unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Since there are no physical goods involved, returns do not apply. Exchanges may be possible only when switching between service plans or DID number types, and are subject to availability and approval by our technical team. All changes to active services must comply with local and international telecom regulations.
