Shipping Policy
Since Anvoipdid offers digital telecommunication services such as virtual DID numbers and VoIP call plans, no physical shipping is required.
Once your order or subscription is confirmed, activation details and account credentials will be delivered electronically via email within 24 to 48 hours.
In the case of large-scale or enterprise solutions, activation timelines may vary based on configuration requirements. Customers will be informed promptly about any additional setup time.
All digital deliveries are handled securely to ensure the privacy and protection of your information.
Refund Policy
We aim for full customer satisfaction with every service we deliver. However, as our products are digital and instantly activated, refunds are only available under specific conditions:
If the service was not activated due to a technical issue from our side.
If the DID number or call plan purchased is unavailable and no alternative solution can be provided.
If cancellation is requested before activation of the service.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed individually. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Activated or used VoIP services cannot be refunded.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Because our services are digital and customized, traditional returns or exchanges do not apply. However, customers can cancel their subscriptions according to the terms below:
Before activation: Full cancellation possible with full refund.
After activation: You may cancel your service at any time; the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
