Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, the following documents are strictly required:
Copy of your company’s trade registry or equivalent incorporation document.
Recent proof of address (not older than 3 months) in your name or your company’s name.
Copy of two photo IDs (e.g., national ID, passport, driver’s license).
Signed power of attorney (provided by us).

Without these documents, the service cannot be activated. No exceptions will be made.

NB: This service is exclusively available to companies that are legally registered in Timor-Leste.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation Time: 1 – 5 business days for the virtual office.
For optional services (phone number, utility bill), please allow 5 to 10 business days.
Duration: Minimum 12 months, with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation: Simply notify us via email 30 days before your next billing date. Your account must be in good standing (no unpaid invoices).

After cancellation:

All stored documents will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Phone numbers will be deactivated.
Future mail will be returned to the sender marked as “Unknown recipient.”
Calls to your number will hear a “number no longer in service” message.

Prohibited Use

We strictly prohibit any illegal activity, including but not limited to:
Scams or fraudulent schemes
Financial or commercial fraud
Unlicensed banking or financial services
Drug trafficking or sales
Any activity violating local or international laws

Violations will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and may be reported to the authorities.
