All calls are routed through SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.
How the minutes pack works:
The customer selects the total number of mobile minutes when subscribing to the pack.
These minutes are pooled and can be used collectively by all authorized users.
Usage is deducted in real time based on call duration to the included destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or extra setup fees.
