The service is intended for businesses that require a reliable way to manage outbound fixed-line communications while maintaining clear oversight of consumption and predictable cost planning.
All outbound calls are processed through SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.

How the fixed minutes pack works:

Upon subscription, the customer selects the total number of fixed-line minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are grouped into a shared pool accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Minute usage is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included destinations.

Call capacity & scalability:

Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or additional setup fees.

All outstanding invoices must be settled prior to cancellation.
