Shipping Policy

There is no physical shipping involved.
Once payment is confirmed, you will typically receive your software access and installation instructions within 24 to 48 business hours, depending on the vendor and the package selected. If you experience any delay or do not receive your access credentials within the indicated timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (digital licenses and business software), we generally do not offer refunds once the software has been activated or the license key has been issued.
However, we may grant a partial or full refund in the following cases:
The license has not been used or activated, and the refund is requested within 7 calendar days of purchase.
The wrong product was delivered due to our error.
The software cannot be installed due to proven technical incompatibility and our team is unable to resolve the issue.
