How the mixed minutes pack works:
At the time of subscription, the customer selects the total number of mixed minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are centralized into a shared pool accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Minute consumption is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included fixed and mobile destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or setup fees.

Refund Policy
At DidProNet, we strive to provide high-quality VoIP services that meet the needs of our clients. If you are unsatisfied with the service you purchased, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for certain services. This applies only to the initial purchase of VoIP services such as call packages, virtual PBX systems, and DID numbers. Refund requests will be processed within 7 days of submission, provided that the service has not been used or activated.
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
Subscription renewals or automatic renewals of VoIP services.
Services that have been activated or used beyond initial setup.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Since DidProNet primarily offers digital services that are accessed and used immediately, cancellations and exchanges are subject to specific terms
Cancellations:
You may cancel your VoIP service subscription at any time. However, as the service is immediately provided upon purchase and usage begins instantly, cancellations will only apply to future billing cycles. No refund will be issued for services already used or activated.
Returns/Exchanges:
Digital products, such as VoIP call plans, PBX services, and DID numbers, cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been activated. Please carefully review the service details before making your purchase. If you encounter any technical issues, our support team will assist in troubleshooting or resolving the problem, but exchanges are not available.
