Shipping Policy
Allfones provides digital telecommunication services, which means no physical shipping is required. Upon successful payment, digital services such as DID numbers, VoIP accounts, or international call credits are activated and delivered electronically via email or your user dashboard within 24 hours.
If there is any delay in activation or technical setup, our support team will contact you promptly to provide updates and assistance.
Note: Please ensure that your contact details and email address are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.
Refund Policy
At Allfones, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our services are digital and instantly activated, refunds can only be processed in specific cases such as:
Technical issues preventing service activation (confirmed by our team).
Duplicate payments or billing errors.
Service outages caused by Allfones that last more than 72 hours.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Once approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that used credits or active DID numbers cannot be refunded once delivered or consumed.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
As our services are digital and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a DID number or VoIP plan has been activated.
However, you can cancel future renewals of your subscription or DID number at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team before the next billing date.
If you wish to change your DID number or modify your plan, our team will assist you with available options depending on your active service plan and balance.
Allfones reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our terms of service.
