Privacy and Consent

FlexiStation should be set up by the computer user. The welcome email clearly details the information that will be recorded when FlexiStation is running. Each time FlexiStation is opened, a warning will be displayed to the user indicating that FlexiStation is running. Additionally, there will always be an icon displayed in the taskbar when the program is open. These disclosures cannot be hidden.

Use private mode at any time to disable monitoring. Hours in private mode will not be counted as working hours in the user’s timesheet.
