France Unlimited Plan

The Unlimited France Plan is a VoIP telephony service that allows businesses, freelancers, or individuals with a French phone number from Hivoox to make unlimited calls to landlines and mobile phones in France. This Unlimited France Plan, combined with our French virtual number service, will enable the user to have a French phone line to make and receive calls as if they were physically in France.

With this Unlimited France Plan, you can make private or business calls to all landlines and mobile phones in France. Whether the user resides in France or not, they can use the Unlimited France Plan for their calls. To do so, they must have access to ADSL, 4G, fiber optic internet, or other, and configure their service on a SIP terminal (mobile phone, computer, VoIP phone, IP PBX, or others).

Usage conditions

The user can use this Unlimited France Plan to call all landlines and mobile phones in France. Calls to destinations not included in this Unlimited France Plan and calls to special numbers in France will be charged per minute prepaid, according to our current rates. With this Unlimited France Plan, you can only call regular landlines and mobile phones in France.

This Unlimited France Plan must be used exclusively for private or business calls and cannot be used in call centers or for telemarketing campaigns.

With this Unlimited France Plan, it is strictly prohibited to:

Register the SIP account on multiple devices simultaneously.
Make dozens of consecutive short calls (calls under 10-20 seconds).
Use this Unlimited France Plan for telemarketing campaigns.
Use this Unlimited France Plan for teleprospecting campaigns.
Use this Unlimited France Plan in call centers.
Share this Unlimited France Plan with other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel, without notice, any account that does not comply with these conditions. In case of cancellation or suspension of a user’s account for violation of the above prohibitions, we will not accept any type of refund.

By subscribing to this Unlimited France Plan, the user irrevocably accepts these special conditions.

The caller ID functionality (CLI, the user’s phone number displayed on the recipient’s phone) is guaranteed with this Unlimited France Plan.

Validity and cancellation of the Unlimited France Plan

This Unlimited France Plan is valid for 30 days from the activation date and is automatically renewed monthly. If the user subscribes on the 1st, the next invoice will be on the 1st of the following month.

To cancel the subscription, the user simply needs to send us an email requesting the cancellation of the service. Note that the request must be made before the invoice date and there must be no unpaid invoices.

Refund

As this is a virtual service and for obvious reasons, the amount paid for this Unlimited France Plan cannot be refunded. No exceptions will be made to this rule.
