Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate your Virtual Office in Gabon, please provide the following:
Certificate of incorporation or trade registry extract.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Minimum Commitment: 12 months, with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation: Send written notice by email at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Your account must be fully paid at the time of cancellation.

After cancellation:

All stored items and data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
Phone numbers will be disconnected.
Incoming mail will be returned as “Recipient unknown”.
Your telephone number will play a “number not in service” message to callers.

Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly forbidden with this service:

Drug sales or distribution
Use of the address for illegal imports or customs fraud
Any activity that breaches Gabonese or international laws

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
