We deliver our services digitally. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive your VoIP credentials, DID numbers, or plan details directly by email within minutes.
In some cases, additional verification may be required to ensure compliance with telecom regulations, which could slightly delay delivery.
All digital services are considered delivered once account details or activation credentials are sent.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital services (DID numbers, call credits, or VoIP plans), refunds are only possible in specific cases such as:
Duplicate payment or technical error during checkout.
Failure to deliver the purchased service within the specified time frame.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by providing your order ID and reason for the request.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
