Minute usage is calculated in real time based on the effective duration of calls to the included destinations.

Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or setup fees.

Shipping Policy
At HaddaVoIP, we ensure that all our VoIP products, including IP phones, VoIP adapters, and virtual phone numbers, are delivered promptly and securely. We pride ourselves on fast, reliable service to keep your business communication running smoothly.
Delivery timelines:
Standard delivery within the EU: 3 to 5 business days
International delivery: 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination
Expedited delivery options available for urgent orders (contact us for details)
All products are shipped via trusted carriers, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please check your items upon arrival and notify us of any damage or missing products within 48 hours.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items.
Refund Policy
At HaddaVoIP, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with European consumer protection laws. Please read our refund conditions below.
Refund conditions:
Hardware refunds: You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product is returned unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Digital services or activated virtual phone numbers: Refunds are not applicable once these services have been activated or the product has been used.
Return shipping: If the product is returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order for hardware within 12 hours of placing it, provided the items have not yet been shipped. For digital products or services (e.g., virtual numbers or activated services), cancellations are not possible once the service has been activated.
Returns:
You can return physical products (e.g., IP phones, VoIP adapters) within 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as they are in new, unused, and resalable condition.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products, unless the product is faulty or was delivered in error.
Exchanges:
If the product you received is defective or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it. Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the product, and we will assist with the exchange process.
All returns or exchanges must be approved by our customer service team. Please contact us before returning any products to obtain return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
